Backsplash Question

We are replacing 22 y/o laminate with worn wood front edge counters with Quartz. Had to remove bottom row of Travertine tile all around counters so Quartz would fit flush to wall. Once in will have to fill space back in with tile or edge or something. Whatever we put in will have to be cut. Here are choices we found so far. 1) travertine 3x6 which would offset the above 4x4 or 2) the bullnose 3) find in 4x4. Again all would need to be cut; the bullnose would just a little taken off the bottom. Have been looking for options but nothing we found so far comes 1 1/2 inches. We REALLY don't want to attempt removing all of the tile in the entire kitchen. We feel lucky that we were able to remove all the tile we did with out wreaking the drywall. And we really like the rather neutral travertine we have and it goes well with the Quartz we choose. Any thoughts or help or suggestions greatly appreciated!!
