My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I don't know if it is me or gardenweb, but the posts are not changing, moving, ect when I look at the main page of the Florida boards.

I have it set for latest activity.

    It's been happening to me too with new posts. At first I thought it was because I typed a word that could be banned from use here (is pissed off one of those words, let's see if it gets bounced). But then after a couple of days it came up, don't know if they use human eyes to glance through this stuff?? Surely they haven't got that much time and staff and money to do that? Or maybe a robot spots something and puts it on hold until it's cleared by a human??
