Hi Kimberly. Yes that is unfortunate your painters quality and results are lacking. You are correct. When you hire professionals the client should expect nothing less of a great finish both ecstatically and one that is durable and lasting. The sags that are in the paint will be able to fixed 100%. They are a few sanding methods to fix the problem. Ask them if this is above their skill set . I would assume it is not. After getting all the runs sanded out they will have to spray the areas again. There should be no extra costs as the project should be done right and from start to finish. I hope they can resolve the issues and get your project looking great like it should. Depending on the applicator and skill sets unfortunately not all professionals are created equal as in any profession.

They should easily be able to scrape the paint drips with a sharp carbide scraper blade and perhaps some sandpaper and then respray (correctly this time) to ensure a nice cohesive finish.
