Tilton, Moorpark or Goldcot. They have fairly high chilling hours which increases the odds they'll do well here, and great flavor. In southern OK, you're lucky to get a crop maybe twice a decade. I have a friend here whose Goldcot is pretty old and the last time it made a big crop was quite a few years back, but they were great fresh, jellied and frozen.

Well we ended up ordering in a Robada and Wilson Delicious Apricot trees. We wanted dwarf and they were available. Hope these work. If we get some every few years and we dehydrate and freeze we could hopefully still have endless fried pies. That's the goal
