Possibly Sansevieria francisii

My first thought is that this is sansevieria Francisii. I can take a picture of mine tomorrow so you can compare them.

I'm sure you will get some more input from others.

Yes, that one looks like mine, including the red tips on the plants. Did yours send out a huge complete plant as a side shoot like mine?

No offset on mine yet. I am hoping it will make one this summer. There is a small plant in the pot too, but it is a completely separate plant. This one will keep making more leaves for years and eventually trail . It would be good in a hanging basket. It needs to be out of the way though, I don't want to bump into it!

One observation: Gritty mix and a plastic pot- I too have found grittier mixes work better in plastic pots.

My vote is for francisii also. I have a fairly large one that looks very much like yours. It grows relatively fast -- not so much with new shoots, but the shoots and leaves that are there have grown significantly in size. Enjoy it; yours is lovely.
