Should I try this with my decus-silvae?

Definitely. All the common ones like paeoniifolius, bulbifer, konjac, etc., multiply like crazy so there's no point with those. However, some only go from seed but taking ages to flower and then having to have two plants flowering within a short space of time makes it really difficult. If titanum can grow from a leaf cutting then why not some of the others?

I always wanted to get a decus-silvae but they're not very common at all. Have you had it flower yet?

I recently received a 12" seedling from a great tropical vendor. Ironically I have a lot of rarities but the only common one I have is Konjac. Would love to get bulbifer but I haven't gotten around to it.

In short, no it has yet to get to flowering size. My tropical greenhouse is almost done so that should accelerate growth.

I'll probably just order some from Ebay. Very cool species though I'd prefer to find some muelleri

I've given up on Ebay. Muelleri is another of those not often seen around.

The store where I got my decus-silvae and another plant on ebay has bulbifer. I'll just order from them.

They actually have another IAS decus-silvae for bidding on if interested.

I'm on the other side of the planet, almost opposite. Quarantine could be a problem. But they are relatively common and should be available. Dylan, above, suggested they'd be on Ebay. I wouldn't bid much on them because they're so common. Once you get one in no time you've got lots.
