Ready to light up?

Is the pendant electric ready to light up when installed? What does the top look like? Does it need to be capped on the ceiling? Wattage of the bulb? Is it pierced? Is there a picture when lit up?

You can use a 60 watt E26 type regular bulb for this fixture.
