Darn, I wish you'd posted this a few weeks ago. I covered some pillows for a friend and didn't pay attention to the brand. They were really nice feeling pillows. And I was pleased with how they came out. I'm thinking she went to Joann's, but I'm not for sure. If I remember, these are about 14'x18"?

Is she referring to throw pillows or flat cushion-type things to sit on?
Does she have a particular manufacturer in mind?
I would suggest having her get them and she can send one to you.

throw type pillows, gq. and she is leaving it totally up to me so no manufacturer has been mentioned.

I checked all of mine and none of them have a name on the tags. I did get them at Joann's if that helps.

appreciate the input. perhaps if I just get a 'standard' size, ie. 18 x 18, then she can always replace the pillows if the smush too quickly! Thanks for the responses!

I got mine from Joann's. They have two brands and both are good for standard sizes. For odd sized pillows, I got some polyfil and made my own.
