I don't have the Elkay faucet, so sorry I cannot help you there.

Do consider if you really want a two handle faucet. I really wanted a bridge faucet but when I got close to picking one out I became aware of the problem with water from wet hands dripping on the deck of the sink and leaving puddles of water when turning on and off the water. My sister keeps a towel by her faucet to keep wiping up the water. My older sink had the faucet mounted on the sink, and drips from wet hands flowed back into the sink, but with an undermount sink, this does not happen.

I also was getting frustrated with my two handle faucet - trying to get the temp and flow right. I struggled with this decision because I so wanted a pretty bridge faucet, but I do cook a lot and use my sink a lot. I ended up getting the same style, but with one handle and the handle is mostly over the sink, so water does not build up on the deck around the faucet. Just something to consider.

Thank you @jhmarie! So we've only ever had faucets with two handles, so there would be a learning curve (not a steep one of course) for us to get used to using a single handle to adjust pressure and temperature. I never thought about the difference an undermount sink would make, so that's a good point. Your faucet is beautiful! You must love your kitchen!
