Hello Patti,

The house pictured is larger than most, but a typical nice entry foyer should be around 8'x8' minimum. I usually go with a minimum of 10'x10' +/-, depending on style, etc... And that does not include any stairs or other items that will get in the way of a nice, clear, open foyer!
