My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Our return policy is:

    1. If the item arrives in good condition (the same as the description on website) but the buyer would like to return it since he/she doesn't like it or the product isn't suitable for the area, we will authorize the return request but the buyer needs to bear the round-way shipping fees.

    1. If there is any damage to the item, the buyer can contact us with some proof as soon as possible, and we will resolve the issue to the buyer's satisfaction in time.

    3. If products are damaged by buyers or during the return, there will be restocking fee.
