My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The wall color is gorgeous! What manufacturer sells this shade of blue, and is it a pearl or eggshell finish? Thank you!

    This is one of my favorite colors! It is Water's Edge by Benjamin Moore and I do think you can get it in a Pearl Finish. I like the matte finish because it does not highlight the imperfections in the drywall when the light hits it.
