Strange red seeds? Bugs?

This morning I woke up to a messy windowsill, covered in all sorts of white debris and tiny red things that I hope someone can identify. The red oblong things were on and around my plants, also on the still and the window. At a close inspection, I could not see any legs, or other body parts, however, there a fine lines running across them. They resemble strawberry seeds in shape & size. The plants on the sill are 3 snake plants, zebra plant, variegated rubber, orchid (not blooming), & a purple passion. I tried to take some pictures, however, my camera wouldn't get a clear close-up. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

Could be caterpillar poo. I can't see it well. Are there some holes in leaves?

Only in a nearby lemon tree. I've recently been having trouble with pests (the typical variety) on the plants at this window. All of them have been reported with sterilized soil within the past 4 months. Today was the first time I've seen this kind of mess and it's primarily to the one side. I've been treating the plants with pest spray over the past few days.

We have these all over the side of our house. We’ve looked at them through a microscope. No answers? Maybe a seed or a bug egg? It’s ovalish with ribbing on the outside. We cut one with a razor and it is a uniform yellowish color inside.

Sismercedes, you might have shotgun fungus AKA artillery fungus on the ground somewhere that is "shooting" your house with spores.
