Bonsai Azalea...

Hello, this is my first successful experience turning a 3 gallon Azalea nursery specimen into a bonsai and now its actually blooming for the very first time. After trimming, shaping, cutting most of the roots (I did this about 1 1/2 years ago) and I was shocked it actually lived let alone bloom Lol...

My question is should I fertilize ( lightly now)? while in bloom or just water while blooming...Thanks for any help and advise.

The other side is also full of buds, too bad they all didn't open at the same time...
