Treatment For Scale On Adeniums ??

Sorry if there is a post of how to treat them already, but I dont see it. So...how do you get rid of scale on adeniums? I just went through a massive bloom burst and got hit with APHIDS, on the blooms, like they were the only flowers in the city! But I just picked of a few of the super covered blooms, and hit the rest with a water spray, and I am shocked, they are gone! And I am still in full bloom! With more coming. But my scale issue is on just a few others, that are not even next to my small collection of adeniums. I have 3 double or triple blooms, sorry I dont know what you call the blooms that look like roses!

But these plants seem to get scale on the TOP of the leaves, right at the crown of the stems, where they are growing. The leaves either end up falling off, and then they just sprout right back out again, and bloom in a few weeks to a month or so, and thats it. OR they get the scale again, and I only get like 1 bloom 'cycle' that year. Instead of nearly year round blooming, except in the middle of 'winter'. Not that it is EVER cold here in Ft.Laud.

So...the aphids are under control. BUT what can i spray on the scale...or is there a soil drench? I dont know the variety of scale, but they are easy to flick of with my fingernail, but I would ruin the leaves if i dug into the crowns/growing points, to get the ones in there. Any ideas?
