bout a year ago whilst wandering the web i came across a website offering some polymer brackets that could be slid over the top of a standard steel T post ((or U post) and adjusted to any heigth. they were meant to be used for either plant support like trellising or as bracket for hanging baskets...I didnt save the link and now after hours of searching for every conceivable combination of words (im becoming obsessed) i cannot locate it. has anyone ouit there heard of something like this? I'm starting to doubt my recollection. Thanks!
