If you're budgeting for an outdoor kitchen, the average is about $500 per linear foot. Appliances are separate and purchased by the homeowner typically (because there are so many choices and people typically have very specific requirements for their appliances). Fireplaces average about $10,000 dollars. Note: Many cities no longer allow wood-burning fireplaces. If so, it will need to be gas - or propane if gas is not an option at your property. You might also want to consider a firepit if a fireplace is a bit too pricey for you.
