My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

what kind of grass is this and does it require a lot of water? W have a hillside where I think this would work nicely. Thanks!

      Its best for to avoid grass under oaks. the natural leaf litter is better for the growth and longevity of the oak.

      Thanks for advice on oaks. Just had an arborist check our oaks and walnuts and so far so good. Def he said no drip or sprinklers near trunk of our oaks.
