Seedlings - should I disbud/ pinch?

Hello! Have some seedlings that are doing pretty well - should I be disbudding them? Or do you let them bloom to see what you've got? Should I be pinching back longer shoots? These are all in the house under lights as it's cold here still. Thanks for any tips!!

This is a matter of preference. Some people always dis-bud in the hope that the plant will grow bigger and stronger roots and stems. I never dis-bud anything because I'm too eager to see what the bloom will look like.
