As for the roofing: The roof panels are kynar painted aluminum. It was such a large job that the sheet metal contractor bought a large coil and bent all of the metal himself. It was a remarkable job to watch...it took a long time....but well worth the wait!

What color is the siding and what brand is it.

Hi Karen! Thanks for your message. This home is now nine years old and unfortunately some of our specification documents for a few of our older homes were lost a few years ago due to a server crash. One of our favorite choices for exterior white paint, however, is Whisper White by Dunn Edwards. We hope that helps!
