My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. The sofa in this photo is a custom sofa. It is designed to be guest sleeping as it is 30" deep and standard bed length when the back pillows are removed. Of course it is not meant to be long term sleeping, as you would need different base cushion material...which is available if necessary.
