Need help with Range Hood

Hi... I'm purchasing a 48" blue star RNB range (so not the highest BTUs but still high) and I don't cook a ton every day but when I do, I anticipate using several burners and the ovens at the same time. So, I figured I should get the highest cfm hood. I purchased the 1400cfm hood. Did I over do it? should I get something lower? I know I'll have to have make up air as the house will be fully spray foamed and tight but now I'm second guessing it. or is 1400 ok?
