My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    If you go to the My Houzz tour of this home, you'll see that the homeowner answered many questions regarding the furnishings, etcetera, in the comments section. I also recommend you look at the photo with the bar table in the foreground, with the yellow chairs, because I believe she answered the question there as well.
