Subway tile?

I have medium cognac colored kitchen cabinets with black granite countertops. I have stainless appliances. What would you suggest as a back splash? I was thinking of 2x4 subways in stainless mosaic tiles. Could I add a gun metal listello?

That sounds like a great combination. Love the idea of the listello to add a bit of detail to the sleek tile and counter.
