So I have had my 48" blue star range top for 2 years now and find the open burners great and easy to clean, but have some questions regarding the indoor grill. After two years of use I really need to take the whole thing apart it seems to actually clean down the side walls and bottom plate. I have looked online at online manual and can not figure out if it is possible to disassemble for a deep cleaning. HAs anyone done this? Also is there a way to fully remove the bottom plate that the removable drip plans fit on? There is grease even down under where the removable trays sit and I can only extend the bottom tray about half way.
