My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hoya Elmerii?

Just bought this beauty from Susan and I was just curious what makes it not Mindorensis but an H. Elmerii? It looks nearly identical leaves, blooms and all. So why is it not referred to as Mindorensis or even aff. Mindorensis?
