You can not put sinks that close together in the first bath. This much sharing is not necessary or advisable. I would not use double sinks in either, frankly. Consider shortening the vanities to allow for some linen storage in both baths. These are not really comfortable for even two kids at the same time, and if used together.......share ONE sink. Or wait your turn.

I have a 5-foot vanity with two sinks and it works great for us, often in bathroom at same time. So you can spare space for some linen storage if you need it, although you may have enough under your 7-footer. With the secondary bath, I'd only do two if you have kids that would fight over the bathroom otherwise. Two feels unnecessary in a non-master, to me. Be sure to put some storage in that gap between the tub and the wall, too! Or shift the tub over and put a linen closet near the toilet (with plumbing access panel in the bottom).
