I purchased all three and need to replace the medium sized pendant

A crack has appeared in the medium sized pendant and I'd like to replace it. Is the hardware the same? It needs to match the other two I purchased 5 years ago. This initial picture looks the same, but the order form shows them a tad different. Please confirm.
