My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Mindy, I don't know. We specified cedar shingles but the contractor, who is now out of business, substituted. Wish I could be of more service. My best, Greg 630-584-2735

    May I ask what material you used for corner trim/belly band? Is this a special trim with ribbed edge or did you add a separate piece of trim on top of belly band? width of the roof overhang above the three windows? thanks
