Dwarf Citrus Dying

Hi,

I have a couple of potted dwarf citrus plants that have died during the winter indoor. One is a Kishu mandarin, and the other is a Meyer's lemon; both grafted on flying dragon root stock.

The leaves started turning brown, then dying, now most of the branches are black and dried.

The root stock is now budding healthy buds, and the Kishu Mandarin graft also sprouted a bud, but it has turned black at the tips and looks to be dying.

Can anybody offer any tips or help. Thank you.
