My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I apologize for the (very) late reply. We don't have interior photos yet. But, the photographer is scheduled for this month. Check back in a couple of weeks, and we should have some for you.

      I have this same home. Been looking for an awesome example of a second story addition. Absolutely perfect job! Do you have some before photos of the exterior?

      The siding color is Hardiplank - "evening blue", the trim is actually Sherwin Williams "Origami White" and yes it is real cedar stained with a clear coat. Staats Developers did an outstanding job on the renovation/remodel.

      I'd also like to see interior photos. We're looking into the purchase of a similar style home and wondering what the heck we could do with the interior. This exterior is truly inspired and saves the home entirely.
