Lemon problems

Hello all,

Ive recently moved my Meyer Lemon to a location that gets about 8 hours of sun a day until it can move outside for the summer but it seems to be declining in health. There has been a lot of leaf loss and some are turning yellow now. It did flower and I trimmed all the fruit off to hopefully stimulate leaf growth. I am thinking the soil it's in stays too moist as it takes over a week for the top to fully dry out. I originally used a commercially available citrus/succulent soil. I have put together a 5-1-1 soil, should I risk the additional shock and replant it in this mixture for better long term results? The water being used has not been through a sofener and it has been flushed to try to rinse out any fertilizer. Any help is appreciated!

The 5-1-1 mixture, should I replant in this immediately?
