Oikos Tree Crops - oikostreecrops.com - fairly good but not perfect GardenWatchdog rating - Small trees, very good prices, interesting selection, plants often come fairly pot-bound and are likely to need a little work on their root systems before planting (but remember, they are priced to sell). They're in Kalamazoo, MI, but ship here with no problem.

Musser Forests - www.musserforests.com - fairly good but not perfect GardenWatchdog rating - Not a huge selection, but a pretty good source for buying bulk quantities of small (mostly species) trees.
