Huge 1990s Bi-Level Remodel!

In order to sell our home for top dollar, we knew we had to renovate, and tear down a few walls. Now, it seems like a true case of "Love It or List It." We ended up choosing a distressed, handscraped and engineered hardwood, creme color cabinets and level 4 Blue Nile granite counters. We also went with a black sheep wool island to complement and a tumbled marble backsplash! Enjoy, and let me know what you think!

Note: Some photos were taken at different points of the renovation. The photo showing the pendant lights and backsplash is pretty much the final product (still awaiting arrival of above-sink pendant).

I can see why it would be a "love it or list it" dilemma! Beautiful updates, and a drastic transformation.
