I put down wood mulch last year. Not sure why because I hate the stuff. But here it is Spring and it hasn't broken down very much. Is it okay to turn this under or should I just scoot it aside and plant my plants, scoot it back and wait until it does break down before I turn under? Maybe Fall or next Spring.
