Hi,

You have answered questions regarding cedar tongue and groove siding and I appreciate it. Could you tell me if they used edge grained wood or was it cut regularly (not sure what that is called). A stain manufacturer from TWP said that our contractor should use edge grain because it stains more evenly. What do you recommend?

This was a clear grade that included both vertical and flat grain. All vertical grain is usually cost prohibitive for siding.

I would so love to know the stain used on the outside. Thx!
