Picasso should have some variegation. Maybe it is a bit warm at your place for the variegation to show.

That's what I wondered. :( it's been such a warm winter here, I think that's the trouble. When I put the leaf down last fall it had a tiny bit of variegation around the leaf... And a tiny bit when the first babies came up. Nothing since.

I think it's better for the babies to not have much variegation when young, increases the chances of keeping them alive.
