What colors do you like? The room needs color & something other than that little martini table to set drinks, etc. on. Lots of upholstered furniture there. How about removing one or both of the end pieces (ottoman s?) & get an interesting patterned side chair or two? Maybe some art if there's a wall to place it on , hard to tell from the picture. You could replace the mirror with a vertical piece of art or two or three smaller mounted vertical on that wall.

Hmmm... have to think about that. Probably I'd pick something with a subtle pattern in the colors toy already have in there. I'm not crazy about rugs that make a "statement ", just my personal taste. As I stated, I like more subtle rugs , especially since yours will be pretty large, .

Pottery Barn has some interesting looking subtly patterned wool rugs on their site in grays / neutrals.

Hi Sommer,

I am attaching here an idea board for you with suggestions. I'm not sure on your color preference but if you tie in yellow with the grey it will really brighten up your space and add some personality. I think with these few items your living room will be amazing!
