Decora in my kitchen is terrible!

For one thing, I ordered inset cabinetry. Most of the doors have to be carefully opened and closed together or they knock into eachother and won't close. Decora rep said "thats a risk with inset cabinets." This photo represents another problem that has appeared in a few places of my kitchen. I am grinning and bearing these cabinets until one day when I can justify replacing them! I have a bathroom with Omega cabinetry that has been nothing but beautiful and functional since day 1.

I guess you probably sell Decora James Overton. To push your product you have to malign my experience with the product. I had to hire an independent kitchen designer to "review" my issues with Decora reps. Because of him, I did get some of the atrocities remedied, but not all.

Sure, that is a risk with piece of crap inset cabinets. I have custom inset cabinets and never once had a problem with closing them. I'd run as fast as possible from any cabinet company that reports a problem with inset cabinets functioning properly.
