Need side dish salad idea for Scampi

Having a couple of friends for a BD lunch. I want to make shrimp scampi and nice hot bread but here is my dilemma. I'd like to make an Oriental salad with the ramen noodles but I've never made one and at the same time, I'm not sure it is a good idea with shrimp scampi. Any help appreciated - Donna

I really like that idea personally, do you have a recipe? Are you thinking of the one with cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts and the noodles and the dressing made with the spice packet from the noodles? Or something with fresh noodles?

I'm not sure I would pare an Oriental salad with scampi but it would depend on your recipe. Would you post?
