My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I bought three New hoyas at Wal-Mart and will probably order more throughout the summer.

I fell in love with them and one has reallynice long vines. One of the long vines has a peduncle on it. I can't remember if it was there when I got it or it grew after I got it. The peduncle is a little bit hard to see. But hopefully I will get buds and it will bloom for me.
