I bought one that looked like that but after growing it in shade and fertilizing it, the leaves grew in darker and with some splashes. Looks pretty. No time right now or I would post a pic of mine.

And there is a peduncle on the new growth:-D

Nothing wrong with it. Lobbi gets those yellow splotches, no matter what. It does not have any effect on the plant, whatsoever, and has nothing to do with how/where it is grown.

I agree Lydia, the growth habit is weird. I think I am going to start over with mine...for the second time. I have it growing in a core (?) hanging basket and it is hard to keep watered but it almost all roots. It was an experiment that didn't work out.

I have two and both are in hydroton. This is one that really sprawls and guzzles water. It has not been a generous bloomer for me, but when they come, they are outstanding!
