Not much :-) Both are Freeman maples, a cross between a red maple and a silver maple. Blaze has a bit more of a pointed, pyramidal habit and generally what is considered as some of the best red-orange fall color. Fantasy is a more rounded crown and more of a pnky-red fall color.
