Hey all,
So I'm planting some bulbs in containers and have a question. I planted three Gloxinia tubers and while most had growth on them, they were fairly squishy bulbs. Like cork texture but softer. I thought, oh great they're not good and since I got them from Michigan Bulb...I should have known what they would be like!
But then I planted some tuberous begonias from a different supplier and they also had growth on the tubers but were squishy. They're not mushy, just squishy. So what gives? Thanks!
