Hi - wondering whether you ever received any input on Graff? Did you go with the Graff shower controls? We're thinking of the Graff Phase series faucets and a shower system with a rain-head and hand-held. Unfortunately, can't seem to find a lot of information or user accounts of Graff products. Otherwise, we're also considering Hansgrohe (have much more input/feedback on Hansgrohe - most quite positive). Thanks.

Graff does look and feel amazing. They have this new finishes called architecture black and it is amazing. However, I am truly disappointed at their customer service. They sent us the wrong rough valves. This cost us additional time and money as the contract had to knock down part of the wall to redo it. And the shower head is truly terrible as the pressure is so poor. This info is for someone who is on the fence about Graff products.

I had a few select Graff products but several of the chrome finishes just peeled off in the shower and parts fell off. I cannot get replacements and it is very frustrating.

Don’t they have a lifetime warranty?

@Deco Holic I am interested in Graff's architectural black but haven't been able to see a sample in person yet. How would you say it compares to their matte black finish? I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the valves and showerhead. I'm curious which style you purchased?
