Layout rather wonky...only place to put the large TV. Before update there was a corner Tv that basically blocked windows

Why does the sofa have its back to the T.V it makes no sense , maybe some pics of the whole space would help us understand better.

As u can see, wet bar on one wall, large triple window w/bench on next wall, fireplace on long wall (opposite wet bar, and wall that features the TV. Options are limited. And, in truth, seating in front of TV is low enough that it doesn't hinder viewing at all. Tv isn't on when we have company so that isn't an issue. But as I said, wonky design

Short of doing a structural redesign (not an option), it is what it is

If i`m seeing correctly, it looks like a sectional that you have split up. How would it look if you put it back to an L shape with one piece facing the tv and the other with it`s back to the wet bar. Then there might be room for a chair (with it`s back to the windows).

And we do that sometimes...depending on if we have guests. Easier to have conversations with both pieces facing each other. That was actually the original plan (if u notice pieces w back to TV have an open "end". But for just the 2 of us, TV viewing is better this way as well. Maybe I will just move it back to being an L and think about getting another chair.
