It looks healthy. When you say it's not thriving, what do you mean specifically?

It has had new growth. Maybe I am over fertilizing. It's possible. My other thought is not enough humidity.

Don't overdo the fertiliser, give them what you'd give an epiphytic orchid. Getting humidity up can be quite difficult indoors. Keeping them amongst other plants helps.

i think your little plant is doing well. It just takes this plant a long time to mature. Patience please! I don't think you need to fertilize quite so often. Good luck, it's worth waiting for!
