I honestly can't think of any evergreen vines in zone 5. An easy one for me that in warm winters keeps a few leaves and is long blooming is the native honeysuckle, Lonicera sempervirens 'Major Wheeler'.

Yeah didn't think so although my neighbour has vine type thing growing up through our fence that still has green leaves on it. Not sure what it is I'll have to take a pic.

If you are talking about a plant climbing on a structure such as an arbor or fence it will have to be pruned and trained on an annual basis.

Euonymus fortunei is considered hardy to USDA 5. But it is also considered an invasive species in the eastern US.

Another easy care vine is a type 3 prune clematis such as one of the Viticella hybrids or one like Jackmanii. Once a year, some time between hard freeze and about now in zone 5, I whack them off with hedge shears to a foot or two, making sure that I leave a couple of pairs of buds per stem. Remove all the chopped off old growth, make sure it has something to climb on that is pencil thickness or less. Very easy care, and the reward is summer flowers.

I actually bought and planted a Major Wheeler yesterday so that's good to know.
