Zdravím, tie komíny sú vetraky do pivnice, ten svah je na pivnici

Do those pipes coming up out of the ground have a purpose? Do they vent gas fumes from below? If you have the money, hire an excavation professional and remove the hill down to the same level as your home's foundation. Then post a photo of the lowered yard.

That pipes coming up out of the ground are on cellar l. I cant lowered the ground becouse all that ground stand od the cellar.

That slope looks pretty steep, I suspect you will need to install some retaining walls otherwise any terraces you make are likely to erode in a heavy storm.

It's possible that bringing in some large rocks and plants that can thrive on a slope to create a more naturalistic hill garden would be more affordable and a lot less work.

I recommend reading some of the excellent gardening on a slope articles they have on Houzz.
