Please consider purchasing through an Interior Designer, they can seek any of these items directly for you at the same or less cost of OKL or Birch etc....EVERYONE has a profit built into their products. There is no "special deal" unless an item was purchased in bulk. These photos are not for bragging rights but a curated visual display of what this designer created...in essence their art. They should be able to profit from their work & possibly save you money in the long run. My clients never pay retail. A designer posted this picture as an advertisement of their work...which Houzz contacts designers to use this portal as an advertisement & marketing tool. If they saved you money on buying it, why would it matter where they get it?

why would one want to pay the cost of hiring an interior designer to source materials for them, if all they want to do is purchase similar lighting. You're not saving any money going this route

I did model homes for many years and had many people like yourself call to ask where we purchased a lamp and did not want to pay for any design service. When you go to Home Depot do you ask them where they purchased their lighting? Everyone has a job to do to make a living. Some of us deal in the arts and some of us do a desk job to make a living. This is how a designer makes their living. We all understand that discounting happens all the time and that most designers pass those, or, at least a portion, of the those savings onto their clients. You could wait for the item to show up on a discounted website, but, by then, generally the item is out of style. AND, what about people that use HOUZZ and then don't support their HOUZZ's efforts of bringing you high style. Good luck to you both. BTW, this room is gorgeous!
